Closing: dart2js (version 2.1.0-dev.2.0) does not any longer emit the error that it should stop emitting (presumably because it is using the common front end), so this issue is now obsolete.

Here's the example that I used to check it:

class A {
  static int get foo => 42;
  static int bar() => 42;
  static int baz = 12;
}

class B extends A {
  set foo(int i) { print(i); }
  int bar() => 42;
  int baz = 12;
}

main() {
  B().foo = A.foo + B().bar() - A.bar() + B().baz - A.baz;
}
