user.home not working with SAN #9238

I sent the error about my Win7 box not allowing me to create new apps. When I changed my darteditor.ini file setting from
@user.home\DartEditor to C:\DartEditor it works.

We have a SAN with shared resoruces and I think my @­user.home was creating a path that was unuseable by the dart editor. I figured this out when my *.chm help files from another vendor also failed until I moved them to the C drive.

Thanks for reporting this. I'm not sure what we can do here besides document this situation in the Troubleshooting Dart Editor section (https://www.dartlang.org/tools/editor/troubleshoot.html).
