Work through the notebook decoding.ipynb and complete all code and text items labeled TODO. You may work locally or click on the button to open and run the notebooks on Google Colab. When working in Colab, you may checkpoint your work by clicking on "Save in GitHub to keep changes."
When you are finished, save the notebook as a PDF and submit to Gradescope.
