This change implements: * Channels for line-by-line output from stdout/stderr * A function to wait for a sync step to complete (using above) * Ensure all tests are prefixed `TestAccSync` * Use temporary paths in WSFS instead of cloning a repo

The same integration tests now pass in ~90 seconds (was ~250s).
