CementApp.extend() Breaks on CementApp.reload() #352

Extensions that extends application with app.extend() fails during app.reload() with
cement.core.exc.FrameworkError: App member 'extension' already exists!

Example below reproduces bug.

from cement.core.foundation import CementApp
with CementApp('buggy', extensions=['daemon']) as app:
    app.reload()  # fails here
    app.run()
