When a query has the form @Id = 'event-xxxxx' and the target event a) is not a permalink, and b) falls outside of the memory cache range, the query erroneously returns no results.

Tracked this to a general problem introduced in 5.1 with pre-filtering - the query engine erroneously assumes that given a query like @Id = 'event-123', the literal string "event-123" should appear in the raw document, which of course it does not.

The other affected case is @Level = "Information", which is not stored as literal data.
