in the Candidates.csv file, the AffilCommit field usually has nothing in it, sometimes has county names and sometimes has what look like presidential candidates? The frontpage indicates there should be a CommitteeID field with mappings of candidates -> registered committees, but that doesn't seem to be present right now.
