For a project of mine I found it "clearer" to explictly define the default repository.

Now I can use this:

development:
  repositories:
    default:
      adapter: mongo
      ...
    search:
      adapter: elasticsearch
      ...
test:
  repositories:
    default:
      adapter: mongo
      ...
    search:
      adapter: elasticsearch
      ...

The old "implict" default repository definition is still working.

+1 for this.

@mbj do you mind updating the README to reflect this option? If so, I'll merge this in.

In fact the implicit creation of a default repository was not documented when you read this document in depth. The document did not tell you about the default repo and it let you into the assumption you could define a repository with any name (foo / bar are in the examples).

Forgot the obligatory @emmanuel to trigger GH notifications for him.
