Support JPQL join on KEY(...) where the "..." is the value #173

See datanucleus/datanucleus-core#182 where we have a query like

SELECT o.name FROM Document d 
LEFT JOIN d.contacts contactmap 
LEFT JOIN KEY(contactmap) contactType 
LEFT JOIN contactType.owner o 

in particular, the fact that we are joining to the VALUE initially (even though it doesn't explicitly say that), and then joining back to the KEY of the map that the VALUE is for.

Add some handling for KEY(...) in JOIN clause. For #173. Note that this
will not yet handle join to "KEY(...).field.field2" but will handle join
to "KEY(...)"
