Related to mapbox/rasterio#1746

Workaround for Ubuntu 19.04:

sudo apt install -y libgdal-dev
rm ~/.local/lib/python3.7/site-packages/rasterio/.libs/libgdal-8b68ca59.so.20.5.2
ln -s /usr/lib/libgdal.so.20.5.0 ~/.local/lib/python3.7/site-packages/rasterio/.libs/libgdal-8b68ca59.so.20.5.2

Tile geotiff files cf:
https://github.com/datapink/robosat.pink/blob/master/docs/101.md#retrieve-and-tile-imagery)

GDAL from Ubuntu 19.04: ~15 mn
Rasterio 1.0.26: ~18 mn
