Make rectification template clearer (EN + DE) 
* Art. 19 defines the right to completion in addition to
  rectification. We now explicitly mention that as well.
* We previously deviated from the term 'recipient' as used in Art. 19
  GDPR and instead used 'third party'. There was no reason for this
  deviation, it only caused unnecessary ambiguities.
  We now only use the term 'recipient'.
* We now include a line thanking the controller for their effort.

These changes were suggested by @Ainkill in #553. Thank you!
