Thanks. I'll apply the updated fax number immediately.
As for the transport medium: They have asked to send requests by letter or fax for a while. This doesn't align with our suggestion though and I have successfully received replies from them after sending requests via email.
I have just sent another request to them via email a few days ago. If I receive a reply to that, we'll leave the transport medium as 'email', otherwise we will have to update it.
