Translate various pages into Croatian

The following pages need to be translated into Croatian (ordered by importance):

• Sample letters overview
• Contribute
• Association overview
• Association goals (mission statement)
• Association: Become a member
• Association: Board
• Association: Constitution
• Association: Membership fees
• Donate
• Donation thanks

The translations belong in the content/hr folder (or a respective subfolder).
I have only linked the English versions but all pages are also available in German and most even in other languages, for further reference if needed.

If you want to work on a page, please leave a comment here and I will tag you in the overview. This way, we can avoid duplicated work. :)
