[REQUEST] change default ellipsize mode in rofi config #1984

Before opening a feature request
- I checked the next branch to see if the feature has already been implemented
- I searched existing reports to see if it is already requested.
What is the user problem or growth opportunity you want to see solved?
It would be nice if there was an option for changing the derfault ellipsize. In dmenu there is this option, but not in rofi.
How do you know that this problem exists today? Why is this important?
I checked all the options available in rofi and couldn't find the respective requested option. There's only the ability to assign a map to toggle among all the three modes: start|middle|end.
It is important because it would safe a lot of time to programmers.
Who will benefit from it?
Persons that work with long filenames and want to avoid using the keymap kb-ellipsize all the time
