Integrate code QA with Code Climate and test coverage with Coveralls

Description of Task to be completed?

1. Add repository to Coveralls
2. Setup scripts to push coverage reports to Coveralls
3. Add badges from Coveralls to README.MD
3. Add Repository to Code Climate
4. Setup scripts to push test reports to Code Climate
5. Add badges from Code Climate to README.MD
