I (Dave Coleman) am no longer maintaining this package unless motivation is given for me to do so. I am a busy graduate student who already mantaines these packages. Runs on ROS Hydro and Indigo

BUILD AND RUN

Our server crashed and the Documentation is no longer available. I tried to reference them from Google's cache but this is all I was able to get - see /docs folder.
