allow providing of lcov data as a string? #2

If you had a way to provide the lcov data as a string, rather than a filename, that'd allow me to use this library here: https://github.com/cainus/node-coveralls/blob/master/lib/parser.js instead of my lame copy/pasta.

Great code either way. That saved me a lot of time. Thanks,
