  1. Moved Listeners

Commits on Jun 12, 2012
  1. Added `onbeforeunload` to track browser exits

The `onbeforeunload` event will trigger a
dynamic image that loads a url like:
This will allow the server to set the agent
to a disconnected state so it won't be processed
    any longer.
This is safer than a socket connection or an
XHR request since it's a simple ping with a
    dead image.
  2. Added tests for beat event

  3. Bridge the agentBeat event

  4. Added beat listener to call for state

authored updates the state of the agent
to show that the agent is alive internally.
This is the first step to getting a proper
        agentDisconnect event.

Changed from /bin/sh to /bin/bash so it works on other platforms (linux)
  3. Fixed lint errors

  4. Added results walking

This accounts for embedded test suites and cases more
than one level deep. See YUI's `src/yui/tests/index-coverage.html`
as an example. Before the test would show that it had failing
tests but did not report them. Then now report properly.

Use `res.message` for sending batch file errors.

The messenger middleware provides this method.
Dav recently fixed a bug for Chrome by sending
a body for 404 errors. Since this method will also
send a body, the bug should remain fixed.

Make sure `err.stack` exists. (Log RangeErrors.)

    reid authored
When a RangeError (call stack limit) occurs, there is
no stack property in the thrown RangeError object.
