attempting to load more packages for a system.
After registering, subscription-manager does the get on /katello/api after which the rhsm.log shows: 012-01-18 08:05:03,165 [INFO] @cache.py:209 - Server does not support packages, skipping profile upload. This appears to occur because previously packages was a top level API object and thus had an entry in the hash sent by the /katello/api request. Now that packages is nested under repositories, it no longer appears in the hash causing subscription-manager to look for the existence of a "packages" entry in line 209 of cache.py and spits out the above error if it cannot find it and thus never uploads the package +profile. Will create a "fake" /packages path that won't be really there just to satisfy it. Packages are uploaded using the /systems/ path.
Rules of engagement with respect to default environments Administrator = Admin User Being Modified = X Page -> Administration->Users -> X-> Environments 1) Admin with "create/modify users" perm should be able to see all the Organizations and Environments in drop down and update user X's orgs & environments. 2) Admin with only "read users" perm should not be edit/update orgs/environments of user X. The only exception to this rule is case where Admin = X, i.e. Admin is editing himself. In this case the Admin should be only able to see orgs & environments that Admin himself can register systems to. 3) X editing himself via top right-> <username>-> environments. In this case X should be only able to see orgs & environments that X himself can register systems to. This commit markes the "preferred locale" field as readonly if the Admin has rights to read but not change User X's locale.
