api 410 http code - api returns 410 instead of 404

    - returns 410 instead of 404 when system was deleted,
so that rhsmcertd will clean up
    - add X-CANDLEPIN-VERSION header in all api responses

806068 - repo - update pkg/errata search index on repo delete

When a repo is deleted from Katello, the packages and errata
that were previously indexed for that repo need to be updated.
If there is more than 1 repo associated with a given package or
errata, we'll simply remove the deleted repo from the list; however,
if the repo being deleted is the only one, we'll remove the
index (document) for the package/errata entirely.

805202 - changing verification of package names to do a specific search

instead of relying on auto complete, to validate the
package exists we now validate the package name directly
via a very specific search. Should eliminate all issues
where adding a package failing to validate

806942 - changing all models away from keyword analyzer

The standard analyzer uses a lowercase filter, while the
keyword analyzer does not. As a result it was not possible
to search for uppercase data values. By using our own custom
analyzer we can use the keyword tokenizer and our own filter chain
    that includes a lowercase filter.

cp-releasever - support setting releaseVer for the system

The following options and commands are now supported:
        # at registration time
        subscription-manager register --release 6.1
        # later
        subscription-manager release --set 6.1
    You can also use katello-cli
        # at registration time
katello system register --name system --release 6.1
        # later
katello system update --name system --release 6.1
You can list available releases (based on repositories promoted to the
environment). This has a form of a hint only and it's not:
        # for particular system
        katello system releases --name system
       # for particular environment
        katello system releases --environment Environment
Lising available releases from subscription-manager is not supported yet.
