Katello now exposes a new route which can be used by yum to fetch the GPG key. (https://katello/api/gpg_keys/<id>/content) During repo creation, the GPG url is passed into CP, which in turn configures yum to fetch the GPG Key. a few things to note: 1. This route requires no authentication, for testing, yum might ignore certificate verficiations using the sslverify=False option. 2. The Hostname that would be part of the URL depends on our YAML setting file (similar conditions as for sending emails with links to katello).

To handle # this scenario, if the org passed in matches the user's default org, use the default env. If not use # the single env of the org or throw an error if more than one.
As we do not have sqlite3 in our Gemfile anymore, those lines should not be working. If you read this line, you are likely developing on sqlite3. This is not supported, do not do it.
