    Adding support to katello-configure for initial user/pass & org

    cliffy94 authored
    New options added are --user-name; --user-pass; --org-name
     katello-configure --help
            --user-name=USER_NAME Katello administrative user (default: admin)
            --user-pass=USER_PASS Katello user's password (default: admin)
            --org-name=ORG_NAME Katello initial Organization (default: ACME_Corporation)
    To use, either :
    1) As command line options to katello-configure :
     $ katello-configure --user-name=fooadmin --user-pass=baradmin --org-name=Cliff_Test
    or :
    2) Copy the default answer file, edit the default values and pass to katello-configure
     $ cp /usr/share/katello/install/default-answer-file /root/my-answer-file
     $ vi /root/my-answer-file
     $ katello-configure --answer-file=/root/my-answer-file
    This will also configure the pulp admin user to match this initial
    username/password provided during the installation.

    751375 - Katello ping - undefined method `pulp_oauth_header'

    lzap authored
    We were using hardcoding. Now user/pass is required for the ping
    call, but it is not authorized (anyone can ping). Real user is passed to
    backend engines. It should work - no more nil errors.
