Included here are simplified examples for the volume renderings and visualizations associated with the Hildebrand16 database.
All examples are implemented in Vivaldi and developed in collaboration with Woohyuk Choi and the High-performance Visual Computing Lab at the Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST).
Example 1: Volume rendering of section overviews from ssEM data with planes
Example 2: Volume rendering of nearly isotropic ssEM data with co-registered fluorescence image stack and plane
Example 3: Volume rendering of nearly isotropic ssEM data with co-registered fluorescence image stack, plane, and a subset of myelinated neuron reconstructions
Example 4: Volume rendering of nearly isotropic ssEM data with reslice cut-away views
Example 5: Flattened contour reslice
Data used to generate these simplified examples is available for download.
