This is not the best idea as the tg799 only has ~20mb of free space

Enable OpenWrt repository feeds
This implements #7 and adds documentation around situations where this
configuration either won't work (bridged modems) and details around
device space.

/etc/opkg.conf already has these lines present - at least in my install. Also, using the redirection operator > has the effect of killing the rest of the file, which means the existing opkg config would be lost.

Thanks @bluee for your PR!

I agree with @kevdagoat that there's some caveats here with device space (plus for anyone running a bridged modem this won't work) but it's helpful to have the main repo feeds for small packages or someone using a USB stick with extroot.

So, I've taken part of the PR and implemented at 10b8184. Making changes to /etc/opkg/conf doesn't appear necessary since the same config is present by default (at least for me).
