  1. fix: fix memory leak when an IFrame gets removed 

    Due to the use of `MutationObserver` this fix is currently only available for "modern" browsers (like IE >= 11), etc. If people feel strong about backfilling this fix for even more legacy browsers, another PR needs to be created possibly using deprecated APIs like the `DOMNodeRemoved` event.
