This pull request is a proposed enhancement to a simplified launch navigation as described in issue #206.
When the Simple Launch Navigation new configuration parameter is set, the launch navigation is simplified.
This setting should be used in conjunction with the single registration. Although currently, the code does not enforces it.
This code change also implements the single / multiple registration setting which unless I missed it, was not present in master.
