In progress. Builds on OSX and Linux. Linux support is kind of wonky at the
moment.

OSX build uses Xcode project in bin/helios/sys/osx/helios. Linux build
uses autotools.

I wanted to see if I could build a cross-platform rendering system using
Objective-C on OSX and vanilla C on Linux. Helios uses OpenGL Core Profile
as opposed to the fixed function pipeline in my Atlas2D project.

I wasn't meaning to open source this software yet, but I might as well do
it now rather than later.
