Interactive-mujoco_py

This project is based on mujoco-py maintained by Jiali Duan with the following new features:

Add Cython rendering pipeline for force perturbation by mouse (similar to simulate.cpp)
Allow for force discretization
Allow for force visualization
Compatible with mjpro150 and base on the latest mujoco_py
