What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. unmount_disk settling delay (10 seconds)
2. install recovery onto target disk
3. copy files to target disk

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output would thebe file would download
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2z694-5660-029.dmg selected    atv-creator-1.0.b10
mac-mini  1.83ghz  osx  version  10.5.7

Same here. Used four different flash drives from different manufacturers. Hangs 
at
the copy files command. 10.5.7

Here is my problem, hangs copy files to target disk

2Z694-5660-029-1.dmg.download selected
Extracting boot.efi ...
Extracting recovery seed ...
  extracting atv_recv.zip
Creating USB Flash Disk...
  umount_disk settling delay (10 seconds)
  partition the target disk
  umount_disk settling delay (10 seconds)
  install recovery onto target disk
  copy files to target disk

I have exactly the same issue.  I have tried only one brand ... with 1 
partition and 2 partition.. doesn't change 
anything... i always get the same message than showed by f.wazzan (comment5)... 
Is there anybody knows how 
to to keep going the uploading into the usb stick?

Damn it, I got it to work yesterday but today have the same issue.  Any

I had it happen on three different memory stick. The forth one worked.  Can't
explain, why but try different brands of memory sticks.
