Toggle Component does not forward checked parameter to underlying checkbox.

Similarly to https://github.com/db-ui/elements/issues/1000 and its implementation https://github.com/db-ui/elements/pull/1003 we would appreciate if Toggle could also forward the parameter checked to the underlying checkbox.
