This is an idea for a blog post covering the differences between OpenAPI and GraphQL and stating which I think is better for different circumstances. I promise not to do the whole "it depends" or "it's really up to you" thing that most comparisons I've read do 😅. I've worked extensively with OpenAPI (maintaining a generator for Python) so I've really gotten into the nuts and bolts of how it works and what its limitations are. I think that gives me a good perspective to compare it with the comparatively well known benefits of GraphQL.
