We'll have an informal seminar on the first day of the meeting (19 Feb 2016). The goal of this session is to briefly understand the technologies behind -- share the state of the art results and remaining issues on the reference genome graph, match maker exchange, semantic web genome databases etc., then we can start practical discussions what we can collaboratively achieve during a week.
Tentative titles of the 2nd RDF summit seminar. Order of the talks yet to be determined.
