This repository contains the Jupyter notebooks for the blog "Building a Tiny Knowledge Graph with BERT and Graph Convolutions." on https://cloud4scieng.org and https://esciencegroup.com
there are three files here.
one is conv-bert-ver2.ipynb which is the main notebook for the blog. to run it you will need the model file phy_plus_geo_singlesent
You will also need a google cloud account to run the named entity service.
There is also the file build-simple-graph.ipynb which reads file rel-short.
