GADM is a spatial database of administrative areas, i.e., countries and subdivisions. The GADM provides data as Linked Data, using the NeoGeo vocabulary. The data includes links to existing spatial datasets.
Geometries are available in different resolutions (100m, 1km, 10km, 100km). You can access geometries in different formats (KML, GML, GeoJSON...) via HTTP content negotiation. Example URIs

- Germany (the subdivisions of the country): http://gadm.geovocab.org/id/0/60/sub
