Generalize Operators to apply them on BaseGraph instances #1086

At the moment, all operators can only run on a LogicalGraph (not TemporalGraph etc.) instance. Since we have a common interface BaseGraph, we can refactor common operators to be applicable on any type of this instance.

To minify the PR size, we start with the following two operators:

  • Subgraph
  • Transformation
