Switch tests to Test::TempDir::Tiny to enable parallelization

Ugh, I'd forgotten all about that. I'm not sure what needs to be done,
if this isn't just a standard "pull-request-and-merge" setup.

Yeah this repo is a mirror, @jjn1056 if you merge via command line by adding the github repo and pulling down and merging, github will mark it as merged. If this looks ok to merge I can do that as well.
