- Added all the required functions in the Oracle producer as described here https://metacpan.org/module/SQL::Translator::Diff
- Works with few scripts i tried, haven't included any formal tests though, could add in the later pull request.

Please add some tests. There are plenty in the testdir already that you can base your work on. |

Anyone wants to rewrite fe37ba7 under the new Moo-based generator stuff and add some tests? Then we can actually merge that. |
