The Issue
We have obviously been putting newsletters here every month but don't have a 'newsletter' category, or any easy way to link to it.
How This PR Solves The Issue
Add it. Add the topic/category to existing newsletters.

Visit /newsletter. Follow the link. Look at the newsletters.
