Controlling the order of javascript output #6

When using the javascript_include_tag :all behaviour in rails, the default javascript files are output in a particular order (notably, that prototype.js is first), using asset-resource's helper method, the files appear to be rendered in some other order (alpha? random?). This is causing problems in my app as Prototype isn't declared in places that need it (effects.js is being output first)

Is there some way I can control the order that my files are output?

I've just tried renaming my script files 001-prototype.js, 002-effects.js etc etc and asset-resource seems to be including them in random order, with 005-rails.js being included first...
