dealii-X is an EU-funded research project advancing exascale computing in the
realm of digital twins of the human body (https://www.dealii-x.eu). The
project brings together a consortium of numerical and application experts
developing scalable finite-element algorithms and workflows on top of the
deal.II framework. Key technical focuses include high-order finite elements
and matrix-free methods, meshing and volume–surface coupling, scalable direct
and iterative solvers (e.g. MUMPS, PSCToolkit), reduced-order modelling, and
user-facing platforms to manage the digital‑twin lifecycle.
This repository contains the public technical website for the dealii-X software stack together with the documentation sources used to publish it. Visitors will find:
- an overview of the project goals and technical scope;
- a curated catalog of the main technical repositories behind dealii-X;
- short pages for libraries, applications, tools, and user-interface components;
- selected visuals, logos, and figures used to present the software stack.
