  4. hybris: common: add support for dynamic linker loading at runtime

    This now allows loading a specific linker at runtime. The linker to
use is either select by retrieve the Android SDK version or a user
override specified on the command line with the environment variable
HYBRIS_LINKER=<name>. Supported linkers are currently only jb and mm.
