Bug: MD with atomic position fixed output non-zero kinetic energy

Describe the bug

While running RT-TDDFT with fixed atomic positions, I noticed that ABACUS reports a temperature of 0 but a non-zero kinetic energy, which seems abnormal. Occasionally, the kinetic energy reaches an extremely large value (e.g., ~1e89 Ry in the case below). It appears that the developers might have forgotten to reset the kinetic energy to 0 when atomic positions are fixed.
