* Install specific apex hash (#132) * allow installing a specific apex commit * add skip reqs flag (#133) * PyTorch 1.3+ build support (#135) * add support for torch 1.3+ builds inside a docker build environment * remove apex imports * updates * cpu_only support, all tests passing except for ones that rely on fp16, torch doesn't support fp16 on cpu :( * add python only option to install * fix formatting * Skips FP16 tests in CPU mode Co-authored-by: Jeff Rasley <jerasley@microsoft.com>
