jQuery (i.6.?) is pretty old, and there's a lot of updated/better functionality in newer versions.

  Use ALL/*.js instead of default.js, and enforce named domain/scripts(.user)?.js
  .foo.com.js includes subdomains, foo.com.js doesn't, allow directories:
