  • Refactored most functions to use global strings for cross platform
    compatibility
  • Reordered install/uninstall steps to work with both platforms
  • Changed the network check to use Net:HTTP instead of curl
  • Added a vbscript to handle managing the startup agent on windows
  • Added a text coloring function to handle the lack of colorized text in
    windows shell

Tested on Windows XP and Windows 7 64bit

Why isn't this pulled in?

I forked dotjs, ripped out the agent and made some small changes for it to run in Windows.
Only difference is that the scripts are located within the chrome plugin dir, which is linked from the Options page.

This however is a better solution, as it works on both clients.

dotjs is going to stay OS X and Chrome only, but I've added a link to your fork in the README so others can enjoy it: 5666ce4
