Some of us work for places that use GitHub Enterprise :)

Decided to call the config 'github.url' which is a bit confusing as it's actually the URL for the API (which includes /api/v3 for enterprise GH).

Briefly tested against public and private GitHubs.

Allow users to point gist at different githubs
This is done via the GITHUB_URL environment variable or the github.url
git config variable.

This lets github enterprise users enjoy their favourite gist client!

Does this work? Merging it in with master, and trying it out with our GitHub Enterprise install results in a Internal Server Error.

Try using my PR (#130) - it includes support for multiple API Providers (GH:E & GitHub.com), and includes functionality to auto-generate and store Github/GH:E credential information.
