README for GW300x_Sensor_Demo

Dell's GW300x platform contains 3 sensors - Accelerometer for measuring Acceleration in all 3 axes, Barometer for measuring Pressure and Hygrometer for measuring Relative Humidity. The Hygrometer also contains a Temperature Sensor for measuring Temperature.

Accelerometer GW300x platform uses LNGD2DM, a 3-axis femto accelerometer from ST Micro, to measure motion. See datasheet in Docs folder. The Accelerometer is configured and controlled using APIs from Windows.Devices.Sensors namespace.

Barometer GW300x platform uses LPS22HB, a Barometer from ST Micro, to measure pressure. See datasheet in Docs folder. The Barometer is configured and controlled using APIs from Windows.Devices.Sensors namespace. The output from Barometer is in HectoPascals which is converted to Bar and displayed. 1 Bar = 1000 HPa

Hygrometer GW300x platform uses HTS221, a Hygrometer from ST Micro, to measure Relative Humidity and Temperature. See datasheet in Docs folder. The Hygrometer is configured and controlled using APIs from Windows.Devices.Sensors.Custom namespace, as there are no native APIs for Hygrometer .
