Optimize the long and short tokens #30
Description
Instead of using separate ERC1155 instances for the long and short tokens and an ERC20 for the LP tokens, we could use an ERC1155 for all three token types. This is currently blocked by #25 as we need to better understand the requirements for our system prior to making any premature optimizations.
