Search topics by: title, can be restricted to search one realm
Search realms by: name

Keywords can be negated with a minus (eg. "-cats" finds anything without cats mentioned), maybe other functions like that

Easy way to have a default "blocked keyword list", eg. if you regularly add "-cats" to your search (you monster!) it would be added automatically

Also would be nice to block certain domains, for example "-site:cracked.com" would exclude any links to that domain. The idea is from Jew_Fucker_69 who proposed this on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/RedditAlternatives/comments/3gmxii/what_would_you_change_improve/cu03owv

BTW, I don't have anything against cracked.com, they have some great stuff!
