The base library
a) the DER Library was not able to read UTF-8 Strings
b) Did not have an implementation for SHA256_WITH_RSA_ENCRYPTION
c) had a faulty SHA256 encryption

All these issues are now fixed
As a side-note the query POST string containing NONE as Accept-Encoding
parameter since leaving it empty terminated the session
